We were visiting SC and had lunch in this place. I felt like I was at a small restaurant in PR. Great food, reasonable prices and the employees were awesome. We appreciate the hospitality and friendliness from the staff.
We had the lunch specials and a trifongo with chicken. They have authentic pique!!!
I wish we had this restaurant in DC -

I'm in town for work, found this place on yelp. It's not fancy or anything to be rated five stars based on the looks of the building or location. That being said, the staff does deserve a high rating, the food also deserves a high rating. I enjoyed this place, the portions were good and the flavor was very good. I don't come Columbia, SC often but I would definitely eat here again when in town, and I do recommend this place for authentic Puerto Rican food at good price.

Very authentic! Location is small but comfortable. Staff was friendly and made you feel like family. Food was prompt and delicious. For the the amount of food you get the price is fair. I will definitely be coming back.

This is the very first restaurant that I go to when I get to Columbia and the last one I go to before I leave Columbia. It is almost like walking into the home of a family member. I love this place so much. The food is authentic. I am always in the mood for arroz con gandules and pernil with tostones. There is no place else I would rather eat!
